Prices are given in Swedish Kroner including VAT. All prices include 25% Swedish VAT. AEO reserve ourselves for any eventual fault in printing on the site. Due to the digital format of photographs we can not grant that the pictures are exactly reflecting the real products. Local VAT and import customs may have to be paid in your own country if applicable.
You can pay with Visa, American Express, MasterCard or Discover of your choice thru PayPal. No fee is charged for card payments by AEO and is fulfilled by PayPal.
Orders will usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive. We reserve the right over the order until final sale. If only some of the products from your order are on stock we will inform you and ship those products. Make sure the contact details are correct. If an order is returned due to wrong contact information then the customer is responsible for any additional shipping payments.
Shipment within Sweden is free of charge from orders from 500 SEK and above. For orders up to 499 SEK you will be cherged 79 SEK.
Deliverys within Europe is charged 350 SEK. We ship via Schenker. You will be informed via email when your package has been sent and arrived at your adress of choice.
If the product is damaged upon arrival, the customer should immediately report this to the carrier. If the goods are insured, the insurance company should be notified. Other complaints should be reported immediately to our claims department. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the goods upon arrival for any defects or shipping errors.
Purchased product may be returned or exchanged within 10 working days. The product must be returned in their original condition and packaging and with prepaid freight. This return policy excludes all kinds of specially ordered products that are not part of our regular assortment.

In case of a return we will refund your payment, deducted with the freight cost as described above. We will refund your payment to your card account as soon as we have received the product, and confirmed that it is unused and in its original condition.
If a package is damaged at arrival, you are resposible to report it immediately at the site. If you have opened the package and detect a damage, please contact us at email@example.com.
Non collected deliveries
A package will be kept at the delivery hub for 14 days. If you don’t collect it and we get it in return, we will charge you for the costs arisen. In the case of a change of mind, please retrieve the order and return it to us. If you do not collect the package, the costs will be higher than returning it to us.
OUT OF STOCK
If a product is temporarily out of stock from our warehouse, we will record the product or the entire order as backorder pending for the best delivery option. As soon as the product is in stock, it is immediately despatched free of charge within Sweden. For any inquiry on backorders, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Delayed delivery due to events which are beyond our control, exempts us from any liability. We can not accept any responsibility for the buyer’s any agreements with third parties in the matter of compensation for delayed or incorrect delivery, manufacturing defects, etc., unless previously expressly agreed.
